Apple Evangelism
July 25, 2005 – 11:50 amIt may sound silly to some that a person would gleefully proselytize about a computer system. I would have thought so myself at one point. I am glad to say though that I have been responsible for at least two of my friends seeing the light about owning a Mac. I own an iBook and a couple of my friends have each recently purchased a Mac Mini. Also some of my other friends have picked both iBooks or Powerbooks. The conversion is rampant. I don’t imagine that is will be very long before Apple revivals start taking place and people start coming to the truth. The Apple is the best computer a person will ever have the pleasure of using.
I think what I like the best is that my iBook has never had a virus and I have never had to deal with spyware, adware, or malware. I love that I can run every application that I want (for what I need). Every application is rendered beautifully. There is nothing bland about the operating system (OS X 10.4.2 - Tiger) at all. Everything about it is very well thought out and extremely simple to use.
If you have never tried an Apple then do yourself a favor and try one today.
…I should go work for those guys…

I like it so far, although I get frustrated when I can’t figure something simple out (like how to open new windows or find something). BUT, what I DON’T like is how much a certain someone I know spends on it. I call it the "other woman". I’m jealous
